Welcome to HoMart Logistics & Fulfillment. By using our website or services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Service Scope
We provide third-party logistics services including order fulfillment, warehousing, and reverse logistics. Service availability may vary based on geographic location and operational capacity.
2. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate business and order data.
- Ensure compliance with applicable shipping laws and regulations.
- Not use our services for illegal or prohibited activities.
3. Order Fulfillment
Orders received before 1:00 PM (local time) are eligible for same-day dispatch. Orders after this cut-off are shipped the next business day.
4. Payment Terms
Invoices must be paid as per the agreed payment schedule. Late or failed payments may result in service suspension.
5. Liability
HoMart is not responsible for delays due to force majeure, customs clearance, or third-party carrier issues. Liability for lost or damaged goods is limited to declared value, unless additional insurance is purchased.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services if a client violates our terms or engages in fraudulent or unlawful behavior.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, graphics, and materials on our site are owned by HoMart and may not be reproduced without written consent.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
